Make of your Morning Day 9

Day 9 of the Make over your Morning course is about creating the morning routine.

Step 1: List 8-10 things to include in your “ideal” morning routine.

  1. Excercise
  2. Blog
  3. devotion
  4. Gratitude journal
  5. School
  6. Shower
  7. Dress
  8. Coffee
  9. Dad

Step 2: Trim down to the most important 3 -5.

  1. Devotion
  2. Gratitude Journal
  3. Excercise
  4. Blog
  5. School

Step 3: Ensure you have included at least 1 soul-filling component. If not, add that in

I have done this

Step 4: Include 10 -15 minutes to work on goals from days 5 and 6.

I have also done this by including my Blog and School.

Step 5: Post for accountability.

I will work through this schedule for a few weeks to make sure it will work for me. If not I will re-evaluate what I need to change. I plan on giving it 4 weeks to see if it will work. I will re-evaluate on February 8th.
