Day 11: Don’t neglect Diet and Exercise

Step 1: Come up with a few breakfast ideas to prepare ahead of time for easy prep in the morning. Because this is the most important meal of the day!

  1. muffins
  2. eggs
  3. oatmeal

Step 2: Think of two ways you can incorporate more physical activity into your day.

I had a bit of trouble with this one as my days are pretty full already. However,

  1. Park farther away at the store for more walking
  2. Get up 30 minutes earlier and go for a walk.

What do you think about these goals for actually eating breakfast (which I don’t normally do) and adding physical activity to my day?
